Went to Phillip Island (just south of Melbourne) for a day.
The Koala reserve was amazing! Tonnes of cuties sleeping in trees.

The trees here VERY tall!
Surprisingly, these are 'babies'

portarthur.jpg

After a crappy first nights sleep, we went to Port Arther, but refused to pay the $$ to stay for the hour we could have given it. But from the outside the history can be felt.

We mustn't forget to stop and feed the stray wallabies wondering around :D

When it's not mountains, it's still beautiful country side.

Waking up on our last day...no more busted up tents for us!!!

nelsonfalls.jpg

The Nelson Falls were one of our unexpected treasures on the trip, wasn't really planned, but we stopped anyway...

penguins.jpg

One of the most WOW experiences to date!
Penguins are by far the coolest bird ever!

somerscamp.jpg

Volunteered at Somers Camp, a 9 day camp for grade 5-6 kids. What a way to spend 9 days, with kids who love you! Great times, and tonnes to learn!

treefrog.jpg

Tree frog.
SOOoooo cute!

willywallabe.jpg

Willy the Wallaby
They also raised this guy since he was a baby. He's very tame, and feels like a normal pet.

Just about died on the high ropes, SCARIEST thing I've EVER done!!!

The view from the AirWalk could capture your attention for endless moments.

After the walk, we went up to Richmond, where the oldest bridge in Australia is, it was built by convicts. We fed a few of our little feathered friends there too :D

tasmanarch.jpg

On the way up the east coast, we stopped to see a few natural oceanic wonders including the Tasman Arch (pictured), Tasman Blowhole, Devil's Kitchen and the Tesselated Pavement.

superkangaroo.jpg

Careful! Kangaroos may pick up your car?!?!
